Scratch Cards terms and coditions

The aim of Scratch Card Lottery is to provide an enjoyable and rewarding experience for our customers.

To Participate in our Lottery you must be at least 16 years old.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Cost of tickets:
    • Each Scratch Card ticket costs £1.
    • Customers who spend a minimum of £100 in a single shopping transaction will receive one Scratch Card ticket for free
    • Tickets can be purchased individually, and there is no requirement to make additional purchases.
  2. Prizes:
    • Every Scratch Card ticket is guaranteed to win a prize.
    • The available prizes are as follows:
      • Loyalty Voucher worth £50
      • Loyalty Voucher worth £20
      • Loyalty Voucher worth £10
      • Oshee Classic Energy Drink 250ml
      • Lajkonik Salty Sticks 200g
      • Delicje Chocolate Topped Jaffa Cakes with Raspberry Jelly 147g
      • Milka Laciata Chocolate 100g
      • Coca-Cola can 330ml
      • Doughnut – Choose your flavour
      • Prince Polo Classic XXL Chocolate Wafer 50g
      • 7 Days Croissant 110g – choose your flavour
      • Snickers bar 50g
      • Chupa Chups Lollypop 12g – choose your flavour
    • Winners can collect their prizes immediately at any of our Maja Deli Shops.
    • To collect your prize you need to give your ticket back to the cashier.
    • Winners of loyalty vouchers will be provided with instructions on how to redeem their vouchers.
    • Prizes may have expiration dates, and customers must claim their prizes within the specified timeframe – 3 months from purchasing the ticket.
    • Scratch Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Prizes are subject to availability and may be out of stock. Our cashier will provide the information when your prize will be back in stock so you can come back and collect it.
  3. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the lottery rules or involved in any misconduct.
  4. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Scratch Card lottery or the use of the prizes awarded.
  5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scratch card lottery at any time without prior notice.
  6. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Maja Deli shops regarding Lottery and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
